【摘要】 为寻找疗效好，结构简单的抗心律失常药物，对新型抗心律失常药关附甲素（ＧＦＡ）进行结构改造，根据ＧＦＡ结构特征设计合成了２１个（赤）－２－烷基苯丙二醇胺类化合物（Ⅰ１～１２和Ⅱ１～９）。经乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常试验筛选出８个化合物具有一定的抗心律失常活性，其中Ⅰ４ＥＤ５０（ＶＰ）和ＥＤ５０（ＶＴ）均为１１．０，与ＧＦＡ相近。更多还原
