中药石斛茎显微构造的聚类分析
Microscopic ldentification Studies on Dendrobium Stems By Clustering AnalysisMa
【摘要】 采用最小距离法，选取３５个具有显微鉴别特征的变量，对市场上常见的２２种中药石斛的显微构造进行系统聚类分析。分析结果与药材性状及显微鉴定结果基本一致。
【Abstract】 The minimum distance method, with 35 items of microscopic characteristics, was used to analyse 22 species of Dendrobium genus, which were the thraditional Chinese drug"Shihu". The result of clustering analysis Fundamentally agreed with that of morphology and microscopic identification.
