傅利叶变换质谱法鉴定对硝基肉桂醛的合成产物

【摘要】 在合成3-甲氨基-1-(对硝基苯基)丙烯时,反应最终产物经傅利叶变换质谱法鉴定,其精确分子离子质量为223.083801,分子式为C11H13NO4,误差为0.49ppm,与预期产物不符。经重氢交换同位素标记质谱确定,分子中不含有活泼氢。通过质谱分析,实际产物为3,3-二甲氧基-1-(对硝基苯基)丙烯。质子核磁共振谱、红外光谱进一步验证了推断结构的正确性。本法借助傅利叶变换质谱仪,操作简便,快速,结果准确。

【Abstract】 methylamino 1 ( p nitrophenyl) propene was predicted as the product of a certain synthesis whose reactant was p nitrocinnamaldehyde. By FTMS, the real product was identified to be 3,3 dimethoxy) 1 ( p nitrophenyl) propene. FTMS provided the accurate mass of 223.083801, the elemental coposition C 11 H 13 NO 4, and the error was 0.49 ppm. Active hydrogen does not exist in the structure confirmed by experiment of deuterium exchange. It was also confirmed by the analysis of IR and 1HNMR.
