【Abstract】 The separate and analytical methods were established for the analysis of synthetic product, the new anti malarial drug trifluoroacetyl primaquine(M 8506 ) by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The two methods were then compared in terms of separation efficiency, linearity, precision, recovery, detection limit and analytical time. The conclusion was that HPCE should be an ideal alternative method for HPLC during the quality control of pharmaceutical production process.更多还原
