【Abstract】 Bromhexine hydrochloride capeules we re prepared with suita ble excipients and technology.A method for dissolution testing was established to compare the capsules and commercially available tablets in vitro.The GC-ECD method was adapted to determine the plasma concentration of bromhexine in 8 healthy male volunteers.The pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of the prepared capsules and the tablets we re studied and compared.更多还原
