贝凡洛尔的心血管效应和对中枢神经系统的影响

【摘要】 贝凡洛尔(bevantolol)可使豚鼠离体心脏心率减慢,心肌收缩力减弱,但对冠脉流量无明显影响。贝凡洛尔ip给药可增强小鼠对常压缺氧的抵抗力,明显缩小大鼠心肌梗塞面积。肾上腺素对麻醉狗的升压作用被贝凡洛尔降低。另外,贝凡洛尔ig给药对小鼠协调运动,逃避性条件反射形成及消退均有明显影响。

【Abstract】 Bevantolol is a β-adrenoceptor antagonist which possesses a relatively high degree of selectivity for β1-adrenoceptor.Bevantolol 0.75×10-2 mg into the perfusing aorta decreased HR and CCA,but had no effect on CAF. With ip bevantolol 20, 10 mg/kg.t.i. d in rats after coronary artery ligation, the myocardial infarction size lessoed obviously (P<0.01,P< 0.05). The resistance of mice on normal atmosphere miss oxygen was enhanced by bevantolol. Bevantolol decreased the pressor effects of adrenaline. In addition, bevantolol was evidented to have an inhibitory action on Central Nervous System(CNS)
