【摘要】 St·George’s 呼吸疾病问卷（SGRQ）是目前国际上应用较广泛的生命质量（QOL）测评量表,曾先后在英国、芬兰、意大利、荷兰、美国和泰国等地广泛使用。作者用 SGRQ 问卷对我国63例慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者作 QOL 评估。重复测定显示量表有良好的重复性,FVC;FEV₁、FEV₁/FVC%等肺功能指标以及6分钟行走距离（6MWD）与 QOL 评分均有显著相关性（P<0.005）。参加体育锻炼者与年龄相似未参加体育锻炼者 QOL 评分相比,前者明显优于后者。说明该量表用于我国 COPD 患者仍有较满意的信度和效度。由于该量表起源于西方,量表中某些内容尚不完全适应我国国情,故在我国应用时还需要作进一步修改,并建议制定符合我国国情的 COPD 患者测评量表。更多还原

【Abstract】 63 cases of COPD were evaluated for their quality of life(QOL)with the St.George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ).Good reproducibility has been showed with test.Relationship analysis indicated that there were good linear corre lations between scores of QOL and FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC% of 6minutes walking distance(6MWD).The patients taking part in physical Exercises had higher scores of QOL than those not taking part in.It is suggested that SGRQ be repeatable and valid even used in china,but some items of SGRQ may he not suitable for Chinese COPD pa- tients and revision is necessary before being used in our practice,更多还原
