【Abstract】 The serum insulin level in 230 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were analyzed.The blood pressure, BMI, triglyceride and cholesterol were higher in patients with hyperinsulinemia than the patients with normal fasting serum insulin(P<0.05). The concentrations of free insulin (active insulin) in 42 cases with hyperinsulinemia were decreased. This finding may explain why the activity of insulin is not increased in hyperinsulinemia.更多还原
