【摘要】 观察９８例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者彩色多普勒超声心动图、血清胰岛素和Ｃ肽释放试验的检测结果，显示在左心室功能障碍的患者血清胰岛素水平、胰岛素／Ｃ肽比值均较左心室功能正常的患者增高，而胰岛素敏感性指数则降低，提示高胰岛素血症可能参与ＮＩＤＤＭ患者左心室功能异常的发生机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Color Doppler echocardiography,glucose,insulin and C-peptide of fasting and stimulating state(after test-meal) were determined in 98 NIDDM patients.The results showed that the level of serum insulin and insulin/C-peptide ratio were increased,but glucose/insulin ratio was decreased in the diabetics with left ventricularLV)dysfunction as compared with those of normal LV function.These data suggested that hyperinsulinemia might participate in the pathogenesis of abnormal LV function in the patients with NIDDM.更多还原
