添加剂对AIN陶瓷力学性能及抗氧化性能的影响
EFFECT OF ADDITIVES ON THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND OXIDATION RESISTANCES OF AIN CERAMICS
【摘要】 本文研究了Al2O3、Y2O3、La2O3、Y2O3+SiO2几种类型的添加剂对AIN陶瓷力学性能和高温抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:Y2O3+SiO2为一种较好的AIN陶瓷添加剂;材料在烧结过程中由于2H6Sialon及8H—Sialon等纤维状的Sialon相形成,对材料起到一种自补强作用;SiO2的存在使AIN陶瓷在氧化过程中形成Mullite保护层,故使AIN陶瓷具有良好的力学性能及高温抗氧化性能。
【Abstract】 The effect of Al2O3、Y2O3、La2O3、Y2O3+SiO2 additives on the mechanical properties and oxidation resistances of AIN ceramics was investigated in this paper. It was found that Y2O3+SiO2 was a good additive of AIN ceramics. The fibrous phases such as 2Hδ Sialon and 8H—Sialon formed in the sintering of AIN ceramics have the effect of self—reinforcement. The existence of SiO2 made AIN ceramics form the Mullite propective layer in oxidizing. So, AIN ceramics have the good mechanical properties and high temperature oxidation resistances.
