釉上铅硼熔剂初探

【摘要】 本文通过测定PbO—B2O3—SiO2系熔剂的溶融温度和铅溶出量以及对云母钛珠光颜料的腐蚀程度,就PbO—B2O3—SiO2系釉上熔剂的性质做了探讨。得出:该熔剂熔融温度、铅溶出量具有一定规律,其本质是由其结构所决定。最终得到适合于云母钛珠光颜料熔剂的组成。

【Abstract】 The properties of overglaze flux in PbO - B2O3-SiO2 system were studied by determining the flux melting temperature lead release and corrosivity on TiO2 -mica pigments. Experiment results show that the flux melting temperature to a certain degree relates with lead release which depends on the flux stucture naturally. In result the flux composition satisfied quality requirements of TiO2 - mica pearled pigments was obtained.
