肺心病患者营养摄入与血浆游离氨基酸代谢变化的探讨

【摘要】 对39例肺心病患者的热能-蛋白质摄入量,血清前白蛋白(PA),转铁蛋白(Tr)和血浆游离氨基酸(FAA)进行测定.结果表明:肺心病组能量.蛋白质摄入量明显低于对照组,血浆PA、Tr浓度明显低于对照组差异显著(P<0.01);肺心组血浆中支链氨基酸(BCAA)、苏AA、色AA、蛋AA、甘AA、丙AA、酪AA、精AA、明显低于对照组,仅胱AA浓度高于对照组差异显著(P<0.05);食物蛋白质摄入量与血浆PA浓度呈显著相关(r=0.833,P<0.01),血浆PA与血浆色AA浓度呈显著相关(r=0.835,P<0.01).结果提示:肺心病患者均存在有营养不良状态,血浆PA、Tr浓度降低和血浆FAA谱的改变均与热能蛋白质摄入量减少有关.

【Abstract】 This article states the test result of 39 patients of chronic obetructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with their intake of energy protein, level of plasma PA, trand plasma free amino acid (FAA). The fact is that the energy protein intake of COPD group is obviously lower than the comparing group, plasma PA and Tr density also lower (P < 0.01). For the COPD group, the level of BCAA, THR, TRY, MET, GLY, ALA, TYR and ARG all lower than the comparing group, except for CYS, which is much higher (P <0.05).The protein intake from food is closely related with plasma PA level (r = 0. 833, P<0.01), plasma FA related with TRY level ( r = 0.835, P < 0.01). Conclusion: the COPD patients are normally in the state of undernorishment. The alternation of plasma PA, Tr level and FAA all relate to the energy protein intake level.
