【摘要】 目的：观察葛芪口服液对前部缺血性视神经病变的疗效。方法：前部缺血性视神经病变住院患者３３例（４３只眼）随机务为两组，观察组服葛芪口服液治疗，对照组用葛根素注射液静脉点滴治疗。以治疗前后的视力、视野改变评定疗效。结果：有效率观察组为７１％，对照组为７３％，两组对比差异无显著性。治疗后眼底荧光血管造影视乳头充盈迟缓时间缩短，观察组平均缩短０．７±０．７秒，对照组平均缩短０９±０．９秒，各组自身对照差异均有显著性，组间对照差异无显著性。结论：用葛芪口服液治疗前部缺血性视神经病变有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVES:To estimat the effect of gegi oral in treatment of anterior ischemicoptic neuropathy.METHODS:Thirty three in一patients(43 eyes)were divided into two groupsrandomly.Geqi group was treated by geqi ora1,and other group control group were treated bygegensu injection。The effect was evaluated by the changes of visual acuity and visual fields beforeand after treatment.RESULTS:The effective rat for geqi group was 71%,for the control groupwas 73 %,The difference is of no significance,On fundus fluoreseein angiography the mean delaytime ofoptic disc filling was shorten by a amount of0.7 ± 0.7 sec,for geqi group;and 0.9±0.9 secfor control group.There were not,signmcant differenees between two groups were not but thedifferenee within two groups was of significance,CONCLUSIONS:Geqi oral is effective in treat-ing anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.更多还原
