【摘要】 １１例行冠脉内支架术的患者，进行三阶段的康复运动程序，出院前采用非标准运动试验或分级运动试验进行康复评定。通过观察发现支架术后病人的康复训练进展速度较快，与文献报道的ＰＴＣＡ术后康复训练相比，各阶段运动强度较高，而心肌耗氧和ＲＰＥ较低。在出院前评定中，支架术后康复病人亦达到较高的水平，说明支架术后病人坚持康复训练有益于体能的提高，心功能的改善，从而提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rehabilitation exercise training was applied in 11 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and received intracoronary stent implantation.The exercise program included three advancing stages.Nonstandard or graded exercise testing was adopted for evaluation of rehabilitation exercise before discharge.The progress of exercise training in the patients post stent implantation was rapid.Compared with that of the patients post PTCA reported before,the exercise intensity of each stage was higher,RPP and RPE were lower,which showed that the intensity was higher while myocardiac oxygen consumption was less.The function capacity reached a higher level in the predischarge exercise testing.Conclusion:Rehabiltation exercise training benefits the patients with intracoronary stent implantation in improving coronary circulation,increasing physical work capacity and the quality of life.Author’s address:The Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing Medical University,100083更多还原
