Cr12MoV钢冷墩冲模的失效分析与强韧化研究
Failure Analysis and Resesrch on Strengthening& Toughening of Nut Cold Heading Dies Made ofCr12MoV(D2)Steel
【摘要】 分析Cr12MoV钢制M12螺母冷镦冲模的失效形式,比较各种预处理和强韧化热处理工艺,根据实际使用效果对工艺参数进行综合分析和讨论。结果表明,通过调整原始组织,严格控制奥氏体化条件及回火工艺,合理利用第二相、基体成分和残留奥氏体的关系,可显著提高强韧性和耐磨性,使冲模寿命比常规工艺处理提高10倍以上。
【Abstract】 New heat treating processes to raiseservice life of nut cold heading dies made ofor12MoV(D2)steel were exploited on the basis offailure analysis.According to actual service life,theeffect of pretreating and processing parameter uponstrengthening & toughening was discussed. Theexperimental results show that the performance ofthe dies can be remarkably raised through homogenizing original microstructure,controlling austenitizing and tempering process,and coordinating therelationship among undissolved carbide,matrixcomposition and retained austenite.Therefore,theservice life of the dies can be raised by more thanten times.
