基于实例推理及神经网络的CAPP系统开发工具
A Capp Developing-tool Based on CBR and ANN
【摘要】 为适应工艺设计的经验性与多变性,简化并加快CAPP系统的开发,针对回转类零件研制基于实例推理的CAPP系统开发工具,并结合神经网络来解决实例推理中的一些关键环节和难点,从新的角度探讨CAPP系统开发工具的实现模式。实践表明,基于实例推理及神经网络的方法在解决CAPP系统开发工具这类工程问题中具有显著的优点。
【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the dependenceon experience and the polytropy of process planning, and to simplify and accelerate developingCAPP system,a CAPP developing-tool for rotationparts based on CBR(Case-Based Reasoning)is builtby the authors,in which the relevant theories andtechniques of ANN (Artificial Neural Networks)are introduced to resolve the key links and difficulties of CBR.Therefore the realizing mode of CAPPdeveloping-tool is approached from a new angle.Itis shown in practice that the method based on CBRand ANN is of great advantage for solving the engineering problems such as building a CAPP developing-tool.
