我国企业对敏捷制造的需求及敏捷制造企业模式的探讨

【摘要】 分析我国企业对敏捷制造的需求；提出一种基于ＣＩＭＳ的敏捷制造企业模式，即一种以ＣＩＭＳ为基础，以高素质员工系统为核心，以动态联盟、拟实制造、并行工程为三大支撑体系的敏捷制造企业模式。

【Abstract】 The requirement of Chinese Enterprises for Agile Manufacturing (AM)is analyzed.A kind of AM model based on CIMS is proposed.In the AM model,CIMS forms the basis,and theskillful knowledgeable and empowered people arethe core,and the virtual organization,virtual manufacturing and concurrent engineering are three supporting systems.
