基于耗散结构理论的锻造热力参数确定方法
The Method to Determinate the Thermomechanical Parameters of Forging Processes Based on the Dissipative Structure Theory
【摘要】 探讨应用耗散结构理论确定难变形材料锻造热力参数的方法,提出两个确定锻造热力参数稳定区的判据,并据此首次用图形表示出GH169合金和TC11合金的锻造热力参数稳定区,从而得出对这两种合金重要锻件的生产具有指导意义的若干结论。指出将所提出的方法与有限元变形-传热耦合分析方法相结合,以控制锻件质量的途径。
【Abstract】 Based on the dissipative structure theory, a method to determinate the thermomechanical parameters for forging of difficult-to-deformation materials was explored in this paper in order to maintain the consisteney in microstructure and properties. Two criteria were proposed for defining the stable regions of the thermomechanical parameters for forging and based on the criteria that of GH169 and TC11 alloys were graphically presented for the first time, leading to some conclusions valtlable for producing the critical forgings of these alloys. And finally, incorporating the proposed method into the deformation and heat transfer coupling analysis by using finite element method was suggested to control the quality of the difficult-to-deformation materials forgings.
