自定义齿扇插补控制算法
Interpolation Algorithms for Self-Defined Gear Sector Shaping
【摘要】 对插齿控制运动进行描述。将编译理论引入插补,成功地实现了对用语言描述的运动轨迹齿扇的实时插补。同时对另一种自定义方式──离散点定义作了介绍,研究并实现了一种无粗插补的样条曲线实时插补算法。最后给出一个自定义齿扇的加工实例,结果表明加工精度可稳定在GB100095一886.5级。
【Abstract】 The controlling movements of gear shaping are described. By introducing compile theory,a real-time interpolation algorithm is fulfilled successfully for a kind of self-defined gear sector, which is described by function expression.The paper also presents the fillet locus of another kind of self-defined gear sector- described by discrete locus points. To machine this kind of gear sector,a real-time interpolation algorithm of B-spline curve,with no rough interpolation,is studied and put into practice.At the end, a machining example is given, the result shows a high shaping accuracy.
