【摘要】 为了解健康儿童脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）抗体水平，江苏省于１９９５年在５个地区分别对０～、１～、２～、３～、４～９岁５个年龄组共计６７９人进行了免疫状况调查，检测结果：脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率分别为９６．４７％、９９．１２％、９７．２０％，几何平均滴度（倒数）分别为５５．５５、１８８．０２、７０．７７，城市高于农村，在低年龄组儿童中形成了较好的免疫屏障。更多还原

【Abstract】 evels of neutrakuzubg antibodies against poliovirus in 679 randomly sampled children at the aged of 0- 9in Jaingsu Province in l995 were determined.Results showed the positiverate and geometric mean titer(GMT)of neutralizing antibodies against poliovirus typeⅠ,ⅡandⅢ were 96.47%,99.12%,97.20% and 55.55,188.02,70.77,respectively.Immune level ofchildren in urban areas was higher than that of children in rural areas.ThCseroepidernJological study indicated that a higher level of immunity in the younger age cohortsagainst poliovirus had been establis hed.更多还原
