【摘要】 为探讨Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光的照射剂量，本实验测定了去除全皮的大鼠开放性伤口在Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光照射下对Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光的反射率。结果显示激光照射剂量对伤口组织的反射率影响不大。各剂量组反射率变化的总趋势是：照射初期伤口反射率迅速下降；中期有所波动；后期回升。这些结果对于临床确定Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光的真实吸收剂量有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The He Ne laser reflectivities of the wound tissue of the normal rats skin(10 rats in each group) were measured every day for a period of consecutive 12 days. The power and irradiation time used were 4mW×5s, 12mW×16s and 12mW×80s, respectively. The results showed that the reflectivities varied during the wound healing process. It decreased significantly in the initial period, fluctuated afterwards, and increased gradually in the latter days,and reached to their original values when the wound healing process was completed. Corresponding absorption rates were obtained from the measuered reflectivities. It suggests that measurement of reflectivity is helpful to know the real dose of light absorbed and helpful in determining of more appropriate light dose of He Ne laser irradiation in the treatment for wound healing.更多还原
