【Abstract】 At present, the question about the bank’s right to the Bill of Lading under the Letter of Credit has caused much controversy.There is no correct argument in the circle of law, or of finance, orthe academia. By means of analysing the other two opular points,this article sets up its own view that the bank’s right to the Bill ofLading under the Letter of Credit should be the pledge, not the lienor mortgage.更多还原
