【Abstract】 cases of fresh and old mallet finger deformity have been treated with the combination of the teno-skin suture and small splinter fixation and achieved satifactory therapeutic effect. Analysis, according to the characteristics of the anatomy and mechanics of this kind of operation, indicated that this pattern of operation is the first choice for the middle and old aged patients.更多还原
