ELISA检测IBV抗体方法的建立和标化
Development and Standardization of an Indirect ELISA for Detecting Antiabody to Infectious Bronchitis Virus
【摘要】 用蔗糖密度梯度离心和凝胶层析纯化传染性支气管炎病毒（IBV）作抗原，建立了检测IBV抗体的间接酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA），特异性和重复性良好。已包放好抗原的ELISA板于—20℃保存5个月，不影响检验结果。
【Abstract】 An indirect eezyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA ) for the detection of antihody to infec-tious bronchitis virus(IBV)in chickens had heen developed with viral antigen purified by sucrose density gradi-ent centrifugation and gel chromagragh sepherosc 2B. The per formance of the ELISA was assessed for repro-ducihility and specificity The results showed that the ELISA had good reliability when the coated ELISA plate had stored under 20℃ for morp than 5 months and the results had not been influenced.
