【Abstract】 Fifty-four valvular heart disease patients were monitored during cardiac operation under transesophageal echocardiography(TEE),with the aims to observe the bubble number,size,shape,source and exhaustion within the intracardiac cavitary and great vessels before and after the heart-lung machine application.The sensitivity and specificity of the method were 100%.Intraoperative TEE could prevent bubble embolism.更多还原
