【摘要】 中药快速胆囊胆道造影剂能排出胃肠道气体干扰，改变声阻抗差异，促进肝细胞胆汁分泌，使胆道充盈显示病变性质，提供了一种新的造影技术与方法，本文对１１０例体硷者及４０例肝外胆管中下段疾病患者应用中药快速胆囊胆道造影剂、脂餐法、胃肠饮水法在实时超声下进行观察对比。结果表明：中药快速胆囊胆道造影剂显示诊断率从过去的４５％提高到８２．５％，（Ｐ＜０．０１）。这种新的造影技术与方法简便迅速、无痛苦、无创伤且安全。在肝外朋管中下段疾病的超声诊断与鉴别诊断中具有较高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A newly developed rapid gallbladder and biliary duct contrast medium was used for 110 normal controls and 40 biliary tract disease patients,aimed to compare the detected rates of the extrahepatic duct in the wake of routine cholecystography performed. It showed that the displayed or enhanced rate of the control group increased from 45% to 87.5%(P<0.01),the diseased group increased from 45% to 82.5%, realized the merits of this contrast agent.The presumed mechanism was proposed.更多还原
