【摘要】 本文回顾性分析了５０例肾脏恶性肿瘤的超声表现。超声准确地诊断了肾脏肿瘤，无假阳性和假阴性，超声对肿瘤的病理定性完全准确达７６％，不完全正确２％，性质待查１４％，定性错误８％。文章认为由于１／３以上患者系无意中发现，故腹部超声应常规包括肾脏。肾癌回声多样，应与肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤鉴别，若瘤内有囊变、钙化或低回声晕应想到肾癌或肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤恶变。肾盂癌位于肾窦内并都有积水而可与肾癌鉴别。其它恶性肿瘤临床或超声亦可有其特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sonographic features of 50 cases’s malignant renal tumors were analysed retrospectively. The accurate diagnosis rate was 76%, partial accurate was 2%, undetermined was 14%, wrong was 8%. Onethird of renal carcinoma were discovered incidently by US. The echogenicity of renal carcinoma varied. Renal carcinoma should be suspected if it appeared anechoic rim with intratumor cyst or calcification, in that case renal angiomyolipoma should also be considered. Renal pelvic cancer usually accompanied by hydronephrosis.更多还原
