彩色多普勒对糖尿病视网膜病变的视网膜中央动脉与静脉血流动力学相互关系的研究

【摘要】 利用彩色多普勒测定105例正常人与42例糖尿病性视网膜病变(DRP)视网膜中央动、静脉(CRA、CRV)血流参数,计算其比值来研究CRA,CRV血流动力学相互关系。研究表明:正常人CRA、CRV血流动力学之间存在着相对稳定的动态平衡关系。DRP中这种平衡关系遭到破坏,各项血流参数的比值明显减小与正常组比较存在极显著性差异(P<0.01)。CRA流速减慢,CRV流速相对加快而造成各项比值减小,这与DRP病理改变有关。

【Abstract】 With color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI), blood flow parameters of central retinal artery (CRA)and central retinal vein (CRV) were assessed for 105 normal persons and 42 diabetic retinopathy patients (DRP). Their ratios, hemodynamic relations between CRA and CRV were studied by calculating relative dynamic balance that has manifested in normal persons. Ratios of blood flow parameter diminished obviously in DRP and there were significant differences of ratios between the two groups (P<0.01 ), with slowing down flow in CRA and speeding up flow in CRV relatively. Each ratio diminished. This change was related to the pathology of DRP.
