胰腺和壶腹周围癌31例分析
Alterations of Gastrointestinal Propulsive Motility in Rats With Fulminant Hepatic Failure From Thioacetamide
【摘要】 本文报道３１例胰腺和空腹周围癌诊治经验．本病早期无特异性症状，切除率低，疗效差。本组切除率２２．７％，３、５年生存率分发别为５７．１％和１４．２％。Ｂ超和ＣＴ是胰腺和壶腹周围癌病人首选的一种检查方法．术前是否施行减黄争论不一，笔者主张根据患者全身情况而定。预防胰漏重要方法之一是在胰管内放置细管通过空肠引出体外．
