【摘要】 目的探讨老年人乳腺癌的外科治疗。方法回顾分析１５９例手术治疗的７０岁及以上女性老年人乳腺癌的临床资料。结果临床分期Ⅰ期２２例，ⅡＡ期２２例，ⅡＢ期４７例，ⅢＡ期２０例，ⅢＢ期１３例，不能分期６例，无手术死亡病例。术后５年和１０年生存率分别为７３．９％和５１．９％。术后并发症的发生率为２５．２％。结论对老年人乳腺癌患者，应积极予以手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the surgical treatment of elderly breast cancer patients.METHODS A series of 159 women of 70 years or older were operated for locoregional breast cancerbetween 1956 to 1993. 22 patients had stage Ⅰ disease, 98 were stage Ⅱ,and 33 stage Ⅲ. The staging wasunknown in 6 patients. There were no operative deaths.RESULTS The cancer--specific survival was 73. 95% at d years, and 51. 9 at 10 years.CONCLUSIONS Our results indicate that elderly women can tolerate surgical therapy, thus theyshould be treated by surgery whenever possible.更多还原
