【摘要】 采用放射免疫法，检测了６２例脑梗塞和５３例脑出血急性期患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α（ＴＮＦ－α）的含量。结果发现，两患者组ＴＮＦ－α均明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示在脑梗塞和脑出血的发病过程中，都存在着ＴＮＦ－α介导的免疫反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum concentrations tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF -α) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction(CI) and 53 cerebral hemorrhage (CH ) and results were compared with those in 20 healthy controls.The levels of TNF-α in CI and CH were significantly higher than those of the controls (P<0. 001 ) .
