【摘要】 本文据１９９７、１９９０年全国结核病流行病学抽样调查资料，０～１４岁儿童结核年感染率下降（０．８５％～０．８０％）；活动性肺结核患病率下降较为显著（２４１．７／１０万～１７２．１／１０万）；农村结核病死亡率高于城市及城镇（０．８１：０：０）。提示，加强对儿童结核病的预防及治疗，对于控制儿童结核病疫情及控制成人续发性结核病的发生，仍具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The data of the Nationwide Tubeculosis Sample Surveys for 0-14 years age children showed that the tuberculosis infection rate decreased insignificant(0.85-0.80%);the prevalence rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis decreased very significant(241.7/100 000-172.1/100 000);the tuberculosis mortality of countryside was higher than that of city,town(0.81:0:0).Those results prompted us that strengthening children tuberculosis is of important significance to control the epidemic situation of children tuberculosis and secondary illness of tuberculosis in adults.更多还原
