区域法在大型电站锅炉炉膛传热数值计算中的应用
Zone method for numerical heat-transfer in combustion chamber of large power plant
【摘要】 本文在炉内流场和两相流的计算机辅助数值试验(CAT)基础上,采用改进的区域法,自行开发研制成功大型三维炉膛传热计算程序,并针对某电厂600MW机组进行炉内传热计算,求解出炉内温度场、水冷壁温度场以及壁面吸收热流量,所得结果和现场实测相符.这对于分析炉内可能存在的局部高温区和炉膛出口处的温度分布具有明显的指导意义,为在大型电站锅炉炉内实现完整的CAT作准备.
【Abstract】 Based on the Computer-Aided-Testing(CAT)results of flow fieid and gas-solid two- phaseturbulent combustion,we have applied the improved zone method to make a three-dimensionalheat-transfer program in combustion chamber.Then it is used in a 600MW Boiler to simulate thedistribution of the temperature and the absorbed heat-flow quantity.A good agreement is achievedbetween the simulation results and the measured data of the real boiler,therefore it helps to analysewhere the extremely high temperature may be and how the temperature may distribute at the exit ofthe boiler. All of the work is prepared for complete CAT in combustion chamber of large Powerplants.
