【摘要】 用光镜和电镜观察了实验动物氟、砷及其联合中毒后1个月、3个月和6个月时脊髓的病理改变。结果三组动物脊髓病理改变程度均随中毒时间延长而加重;对细胞器损伤程度及类型各有特点,主要累及线粒体,粗面内质网、脂褐质、核周隙及髓鞘。结果表明仅从形态改变方面不能判定氟和砷之间的作用关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of the pathological changes of the spinal cord were observed under optical and electronic microscopes,and the results compared at one month,three months and six months after the onset of fluorosis,arseniasis and their combined poisoning.All the three groups of the testing animals showed that their pathological changes deteriorated along with the lapse of time.There were different features in the seriousness and types of eytoarehitectonic injury.It makes clear that the co-relation of the actions of fluorine and arsenic couldn’t be decided by morphological changes.更多还原
