克山病病户大骨节病病户与对照人群膳食对比调查

Using dietetic survey method to compare Keshan disease families and Kashin Beck disease families with the healthy families in nutritional status

【摘要】 对富裕县繁荣乡克山病病户、大骨节病病户、病区对照户及非病区对照户进行膳食调查。结果表明,膳食组成与疾病严重流行时期发生明显变化。当时病区主食玉米占90%。现在主食小麦占80%,副食摄入量增加,以动物性食品增加最显著。目前克山病与大骨节病病情明显下降,特别是克山病病情近年已降至历史最低水平,无急型、亚急型病例发生,只存在少量慢型和潜在型病例。尽管如此,但病户与非病户,尤其是克山病病户与非病户的动物性食品、豆类和蔬菜类以及营养素和总热量也显著低于对照组。进一步证实了膳食营养因素与克山病发病关系。

【Abstract】 By dietetic survey we compared Keshan disease families and Kashin Beck disease families with the healthy families which contained the families from Keshan disease district and non—Keshan disease dis- trict.The results suggested that.compared with those healthy families,the case families(especially the Keshan disease families)ate less animal food,beans and other vegetables.They also took less other nutritional factors such as the intake of total calorie.The investigations demonstrated that Keshan dis- ease was related to nutritional factors.
