【摘要】 报告了发生在内蒙古扎旗北部山区的一种不明原因乳房肿大症病因学研究结果。从1988年3月至1989年6月间在仅有711人的两个村里发生乳房肿大病人92例。与此同时,病区猪也有乳房肿大现象,还有流产、死胎和产仔畸形现象。现场调查、干预试验、动物实验和毒素检测结果表明病区产荞麦是引起本次人、猪乳房肿大症爆发的直接原因,病区荞麦中 F-2毒素的超常聚集是致病的根本原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the results of etiological studies on an unknown breast enlargement occurred in northern mountain area of Zhalute Banner,Inner Mongolia.From March 1988 to June 1989,92 cases with breast enlargement occurred in two villages with only 711 people,and at same time,Swine in the disease-affected villages also manifested breast enlargement,abortion,stillbirth and malformation of newborn piglets.The results of field investigation,intervention trial,animal experiment and toxin test show thatthe buckwheat produced in affected villages is direct cause of the break-out of breast enlarge- ment,and that accumulation of zearalenone in the buckwheat is root cause of the breast enlargement.更多还原
