离心压缩机组状态分析系统的研究
A State Analysis System for Centrifugal Turbocompressor
【摘要】 状态监测和故障诊断是确保大型旋转机械正常运行的关键技术手段,本文以高速离心压缩机组为对象,提出了由状态识别系统、状态分析系统、专家咨询系统三层子系统构成的层次化工况监视与故障诊断系统的新构思,着重介绍了状态分析系统的实现方法,阐明了基于开发环境技术和功能模块化技术的设计方案。该分析系统可与状态识别系统联机使用,对机组工况进行在线监视和分析,也可作为一独立的分析软件包应用于各类旋转机械的状态分析场合。最后给出了运行结果。
【Abstract】 State monitoring and fault diagnosis are the key technology for the safe running of large rotating machinery.In this paper,a three-level multi-task distributive information pro- cessing system is developed,which consists of a realtime state identification system,a state analysis system and an expert system.The state analysis system is emphasized and it’s de- sign scheme is described.The system can be used to monitor and analyse the conditions of a machine with on-line processing by connecting it with the state identification system,and can also be applied to various rotating machinery for state analysis as an independent software package.Lastly,running results are given.
