【摘要】 回顾性总结我院１９８９年至１９９４年间的３０２例病历资料，将细胞印片及冰冻切片结果进行对比分析。结果表明：细胞印片良恶性总准确率为９１．６％，稍低于冰冻切片（９５．６％）．两者结合分析可使准确性达到９７．６％，与国外文献报导结果近似。本文着重分析印片细胞诊断中可疑、假阴性及假阳性病例及其原因。结论认为术中印片细胞学诊断与冰冻切片诊断相结合，不仅可起到相互补充和支持作用，而且印片细胞学在某些方面还具有特殊的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 During 1989～1994,intraoperative diagnoses were made by cytologic smears for 302 cases, and their results were compared with those of the frozen sections. The rate of accurate diagnosis of cytologic smear examination was 91.6%, while that of the frozen sections was 95.6%.The rate of accuracy of cytologic smears combined with the frozen sections reached 97.6%,approximately the same as that reported in foreign literatures. Particular attention was paid on the analyses of the situations of the false negative,false positive and suspicious cases.It is suggested that cytologic examination in operation combined with frozen section not only be complementary to each other, but also provide more advantages.更多还原
