枳椇叶的化学成分研究(Ⅰ)
Chemical Study on the Leaves of Raisin Tree(Hovenia acerba) (Ⅰ)
【摘要】 首次自枳HoveniaacerbaLindl.叶中分离并鉴定了7个黄酮类化合物:山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅰ,槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅲ),异槲皮忒(isoquercetin,Ⅳ),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1、6)-β-D吡喃半乳精甙[kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1~6)-β-D-galactopyranoside,Ⅵ),山来酚酚3-O-芜香糖(kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside,Ⅵ),槲皮素-3-α-L吡喃鼠李糖(1→6)-βD一吡喃半乳精[quercetin-3-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-0-β-D-galactopyranoslde,X],芦丁(rutin,Ⅸ)。
【Abstract】 7 flavonoids are isolated from the leaves of Hovenia acerba Lindl. On the basis of chemical and spectralmethods (IR,1H,13 CNMR),they are ivdentified as kaempferol(Ⅱ),quercetin(Ⅱ),isoquercetin(Ⅳ),kaempferol-3-Oa-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1)-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅶ),kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside(Ⅶ),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-galactopyanoside(Ⅹ Ⅸ),and rutin(Ⅸ),All of them are isolated for the first time from genus Hovenia.
