【摘要】 应用放射配体结合法检测了４０只ＳＤ雄性大鼠肝胞液的糖皮质激素受体（ＧＣＲ）。发现单纯使用糖皮质激素（ＧＣ）组和单纯使用小柴胡汤组大鼠ＧＣＲ数目均明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而小柴胡汤与ＧＣ合用组ＧＣＲ数目明显高于单纯使用ＧＣ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。各组Ｋｄ值无显著差异。提示小柴胡汤既具有ＧＣ样作用，又能使ＧＣ引起的ＧＣＲ降调作用明显减弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Themaximalbindingcapacity(Ro)anddissociationconstant(Kd)ofglucocorticoidreceptor(GCR)ofhepaticcytosolweremeasuredin40SDmalerats,whichweredividedintofourgroups:theGCgroup,treatedwithdexamethasone(Dex),theXCHTgroup(XiaoChaiHuTang,Chineseherbmedicine),thecombinationgroupreceivedbothdrugsandthecontrolgroupwithoutanytreatment.ltwasfoundthattheRoofallthethreetreatedgroupsweresignificantlylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.01),theRoofthecombinationgroupwasmuchhigherthanthatoftheGCgroup(P<0.01),whiletheKdofGCRinallgroupswerenotsignificantlydifferentfromeachether.TheresultsiadicatedthatXCHTmighthavetwo-sidedeffectonGCRregulation:whileitbaddown-regulatedtheGCRlevelasGCdid,itcouldalsoinhibittheGCRdown-regulationinducedbyGC.更多还原
