【摘要】 应用放射免疫法测定了５０例荨麻疹、温疹及异位性皮炎患者与３０例对照者的唾液分泌型ＩｇＡ（ＳＩｇＡ）、血清ＩｇＥ的浓度。结果表明，患者唾液的ＳＩｇＡ下降而血清ＩｇＥ明显增高，两者是负相关。作者认为，唾液ＳＩｇＡ的下降，可能是导致这几种变应性皮肤病发病的因素之一，或是这几种病的后果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The salivary SIgA level and the blood IgE level were detected in 50 cases with urticaria,atopic dermatitis and eczema and in 30 controls by radio immunoassay.The results revealed that the salivary SIgA level in patients group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05),the blood IgE level in patient group is higher than that in control group (P<0.01).The salivary SIgA level presented negative correlation with the blood IgE level in the patient group.It is suggested that the decrease of salivary SIgA level in these diseases may be one of the factors which causes these diseases,or the result of the diseases.更多还原
