【Abstract】 n the basis of the analysis of general theories about socialization, the concept of socializa-tion of fire control is advocated on correlating the theory with practice. It consists Of three re-spects:the socialization of fire control concepts,its capacity distribution and its organization. Fur-thermore,three factors to promote the socialization are proposed.
