铝合金阳极氧化过程的分子水平研究
THE MOLECULAR LEVEL STUDY OF THE ANODE OXIDIZATION PROCESS OF ALUMINUM ALLOY
【摘要】 从微观角度,在分子水平上讨论了铝合金阳极氧化膜的成核和生长过程;认为采用直流迭加脉冲方波的电源,可能是进一步改善氧化膜品质的重要途径
【Abstract】 The anode oxidization process with which to form the oxidized film has been studied on the molecular level; The result shows that the appliance of the special power source which generate square impulse overlapped with DC current may become one of the methode to improve the property the of oxidized film of aluminum alloy.
