【摘要】 用半导体α谱仪测量了电沉积法制备的２３３Ｕ、２４３Ａｍ、２４１Ａｍ、２４４Ｃｍ以及２４２Ｃｍ５种。放射源的α能谱，用多重峰α能谱分析程序ＭＵＬＴ对所测α能谱进行非线性分析，获得了这几种核素发射α粒子的辐射几率。有关强的α粒子的结果与文献报道值基本相符。更多还原

【Abstract】 The alpha spectra of 233U, 243Am,241Am, 244 Cm and 242Cm sources are measured with semiconductor alpha spectrometer. The used sources are produced by electro-deposition method. The measured spectra are analysed with the multiplet alpha spectra analysis program MULT. Thus the alpha-particl probabilities of the five nuclides are obtained. The results are in general agreement with the literature values.更多还原
