用于激光聚变实验中的GaAs光电探测器
GaAs PHOTOCONDUCTOR USED IN LASER FUSION EXPERIMENT
【摘要】 采用中子辐照过的ＧａＡｓ材料做成了ＧａＡｓ光电探测器，它具有良好的性能，时间响应快（约１００ｐｓ）、灵敏度高（约１０－１９Ｃ／ｋｅＶ）、体积小。已被用于激光聚变实验中Ｘ射线角分布测量。
【Abstract】 The photoconductor detectors using neutron irradiated GaAs material are fabricated. The performance are determined such as time responsel≈100 ps, sensitivity≈10 -19 C/keV. It is used in the X-ray angular distribution measurement of the laser fusion experiment.
