【摘要】 对50例经手术和病理证实的阑尾炎术后离体标本进行了肉眼观察和声像图分析,发现不同类型的阑尾炎有不同的声像图改变,表现为阑尾增粗,壁增厚,腔内径扩大,可见五层、三层结构或结构不清,各层次增厚的程度不同。反映了阑尾炎的病理变化。弥补了活体检查中的不足。同时对阑尾炎活体与离体、正常与异常及各型阑尾炎进行了比较分析。指出了提高阑尾炎正确诊断率的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analytic observations with naked eyes and ultrasonograph were carried out on 50 extracorporeal specimens with appendicitis operatively and pathologically proven. The results show that different types of appeadixes present different changes in acoustic image. Appendixes, which were found to include five or three layers of various thickeness, when infected, may become wider and thicker, with their cavitary diameters enlarged. Therefore, pathological changes thus obtained may make up for the deficiency in inflammatory appeadix biopsy. Meanwhile, a comparative analysis was made of all types of appendixes (normal or abnormal, invivo or extracorporeal). And ways in which the diagnosis of appendicitic may be improved were suggested and discussed.更多还原
