限食对小鼠肝脂质过氧化物含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 报告了不同水平和不同持续时间的限食对昆明种小鼠肝组织中过氧化脂质(LPD)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果显示:3个月限食结束时,各组动物肝组织中SOD活性无差异,80%能量摄入组动物LPO含量显著高于自由摄食组及65%能量摄取组;6个月限食结束时,80%及65%能量摄取组动物肝组织中SOD活性单位显著高于自由摄食组(P<0.01),而LPO含量以以80%能量摄取组最低,65%能量摄取组最高,二者比较P<0.01。

【Abstract】 Effects of different levels and periods of energy restriction on lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dislnutase (SOD) of liver in Kunmin strain mice were studied,By the end of three months experiment, there is no difference in SOD activity among three groups; The LPO is higher in 80% energy intake group than those in ad libitum and 65% energy intake group. By the end of six months experiment, SOD activity in 80% or 65% energy intake groups is higher than that in ad libitum (P<0.01), while the LPO in 80% energy intake group is the lowest and that in 65%energy intake group is the highest, by comparison P<0.01.
