【摘要】 1990～1995年间,首次对中国大陆30个省(市)番茄TMV进行了基因型株系分化的研究,在695个TMV纯化分离物中鉴定出了TMV-0、1、2和1.2株系,其中0株系分布最广,是19个省(市)的优势株系,占当地TMV分离物的50％以上;1株系分布也很广泛,是11个省(市)的优势株系,占40％以上;2株系较少,虽然17个省(市)有分布,但占4.5％～30.6％;1.2株系最少,仅在6个省(市)中发现,占4.0％～11.1％。这一研究结果为我国各省(市)番茄抗TMV育种确定了主攻目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study on TMV genotype strains of tomato in 30 provinces in China was carried out during 1990- 1995. According to the method described by Pelham ( 1972), TMV strain 0, 1,2 and 1.2 were identified. Among 695 TMV isolates, the strain 0 distributed most widely and was most predominant in 19 provinces with an incidence of more than 50%. Strain 1 occupied over 40% in 11 provinces to be predominant and widespread too. 4.0%-30.6% of isolates from 17 provinces was strain 2. Strain 1.2 was only found in 6 provinces with a small proportion of 4.0% - 11.1 %. Ascites-derived antibodies of mice and antigens of the 4 strains could cross-react serologically in immune gel-diffusion test, but there were certain differences among the antigenicities of strains.更多还原
