双层压电结构超声波传感器的研究

【摘要】 为获得三频或宽频带超声波传感器,本文提出了一种新型双层压电结构超声波传感器.文中从理论上分析研究了电容对其频率特性控制的原理,同时,在2MHz频率范围进行了实测验证,理论与实测结果吻合较好.

【Abstract】 A new type of ultrasonic sensor composed of two-layer piezoelectric disc is de- veloped for obtaining triple frequency response or broad-band frequency characteristics. The frequency characteristics of the ultrasonic sensor controlled by a capacitance is ana- lyzed theoretically and experimental verlfication is performed at a frequency around 2 MHz. The theory well concides with the measured results.
