离心式风机转子叶片上脉动力分析
Analysis and Calculation Study of Impulse Force of Impeller Blade on Centrifugal Compressor
【摘要】 本文由薄翼阵风响应理论建立了任意频率和相位谐振动的二维离心式叶轮叶片上不稳定脉动力及力矩的计算模型,利用声辐射方向可予测离心风机叶轮的辐射声功率。采用自由声场法对离心风机噪声进行了实测,实测值与子测值吻合较好。
【Abstract】 By the gust response theory of thin airfoil, the paper founds the calculation model of two-dimmension impeller blade on centrifugal compressor with the harmonious vibration at random frequencyand phase. The influence of steady force on impeller blade is compared with that of unsteady force.Conclusion in the paper may be used to calculate the problem of sound radiation of impeller blade,andused in analysis of fatigue injure and vibration.
